Add apple juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, honey, nutmeg, and cinnamon to a large slow cooker, stirring to combine.
Add cinnamon sticks. Slice apple and stick a few whole cloves into the slices to float on top of the cider. Slice the orange and float slices on top of the cider.
Cook on LOW for at least 3 hours, or until cider is hot and aromatic.
Remove cloves prior to serving to prevent choking.
Notes
Adult Version: To add a little pep in your step, replace 1 cup of apple juice with brandy of your choice. Or, simply add the brandy to individual cups prior to serving.
