Take each date and spread them apart where they have been split.
Using a small spoon for knife, fill the cavity of the date with about 1 half to 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
Dip the stuffed date in the granulated sugar and roll it around to coat all sides.
Keep Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates in an air tight container. They do not have to be refrigerated.
