Spread a layer of mayonnaise over each bottom roll and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Take a piece of sliced ham and fold it to fit the roll. Place a ham slice on each half. Fold cheese slices and place them over the ham. Place top half of roll over each slider.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Using a pastry brush, brush mixture over the top of the rolls.
Place aluminum foil over the baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake another 5 to 10 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
