I’m a friend of the Whitfield’s! I love your recipes. My husband’s favorite is pecan also. I usually use Pillsbury pie crust, but I really want to make homemade crust. For the pecan pie do you pre bake the crust? I usually don’t with the store bought crust. I make quiche often, but I never think the crust is crisp enough on the bottom. Best, Nancy
